Bio / info
Alquin was a Dutch progressive rock band formed in Delft in 1971. The group enjoyed some success in the Netherlands, to a certain degree in the UK, but on the verge of their first US tour in 1976 got caught in the midst of a record-company shakeup that cancelled their plans. They broke up in 1977 having bested Golden Earring in OOR magazine's yearly poll. Alquin regrouped in 2003 and resumed live performances and recording.
