Art and Illusion is an Italian group founded toward the end of 1989 by Luca Sabia (vocals, guitars). By the time of the first album, recorded in 1992, additional members were Fabio Antonelli (guitars), Marco Morandotti (keyboards), Dario Broglia (drums) and Alberto Callegari (bass). Personnel changes followed, including the addition of Barbara Martini (keyboards, vocals).
