Bio / info
Gracious (often written with an exclamation point) was an early UK progressive band, originally formed in 1964 as "Satan's Disciples" by Alan Cowderoy and Paul Davis. In 1968, they renamed themselves Gracious (or Gracious!). The band disbanded in about 1971 after Lipson's and Kitcat's departure. In their original time they released two albums, and in 1996 Tim Wheatley and Robert Lipson put together a new version of Gracious! and released Echo.
