Bio / info
Interpose (often styled interpose with and without a plus sign) was formed in 1986 by Kenji Tanaka (guitar) and Sato Katsu (drums), who had played together in a band called Libido. They recruited other musicians, but after playing a few shows in the late 90s and recording a track for a tribute album, the other left. Tanaka and Katsu started again, but after a few more performances the band ceased activity. It wasn't until 2001 that the project reconvened (adding the plus sign to the name). The band has continued with varying personnel since.
