Melting Euphoria were formed in San Francisco by keyboardist Don Falcone (already active in the Thessalonians), bassist Anthony "Forti" Budziszewski, and drummer Mychael Merrill. Their style encompassed a number of psychedelic influences, especially Pink Floyd and Gong.
