Steve Tibbetts is an American guitarist and sonic explorer who creates music that is anything but typical. He's known alternately for elaborately constructed recordings with numerous overdubs, and for quiet expansive soundscapes. He has also worked with musicians from around the world, including Nepalese singer Choying Drolma and Norwegian fiddler Knut Hamre.
