Michał Urbaniak (born January 22, 1943, sometimes credited as Michael Urbaniak) is a Polish jazz musician who plays violin, lyricon, and saxophone. His music includes elements of folk music, rhythm and blues, hip hop, and symphonic music. He has recorded extensively as a solo artist and as leader of a number of groups, including Fusion, Constellation, and Funk Factory. During the 70s, he was prominent in the incorporation of rock and funk into jazz music. He has also appeared as a guest on many recordings by other artists.
